DDEC V Codes
To read DDEC V codes, use the Detroit Diesel Diagnostic Link (DDDL). The DDDL will display active and inactive fault codes which are listed in Table "Flash Codes, SAE Codes, Descriptions" .
Note: Some vehicle dashboard displays will show SAE faults.
- Yellow= Sensor
- Red= Protection
- Blue = Logic
- Green = MAS (Maintenance Alert System)
