High Altitude Operation

To determine if high altitude operation is causing lack of power, see Figure "Altitude Performance Curves" :‪

1. Based on the altitude curve data, see Figure "Altitude Performance Curves" , decide if high altitude is causing the lack of power.
   1. If your vehicle is operating above sea level, a loss of power will be encountered, no further troubleshooting is required.
   2. If your vehicle is operating at or below sea level, and there is a lack of power; refer to "25.9 Incorrect Camshaft Timing" .
