SPN 713/FMI 3
TOP2 Lockout Solenoid - indicates a short to power on the pin 7 circuit of the CPC #3 connector. For wiring schematic information refer to OEM literature.
Note: The CPC digital outputs have the same SPN as some MCM faults. DDDL 7.0 makes the distinction between the MCM and CPC when diagnosing a fault.
