Loose Stop Plate Screw

COMPLAINT: Fuel in Oil.
CAUSE: Pinched O-ring under torqued screw, backed out stop plate screw.
CORRECTION: Replace unit injector.
RECOMMENDATION: Check remaining injector stop plate screws if injectors are original installation.
