Description of SID 242 – Cruise Control Set/Resume Switch Fault
SID 242 indicates that a fault has occurred in the cruise control Set/Resume Switch. See Figure "Cruise Control Circuit" .
The diagnostic condition is typically:
- “SET” and “RES” Contacts Closed at the Same Time (242 12)
